Ceratosaurus was a predatorial Theropod Dinosaur that lived during the late Jurassic Period in the American West. It sported a nose crest that may have glown a bright color during mating season to attract members of the opposite sex.
In Jurassic Park
Ceratosaurus was in the third Jurassic Park movie, making a brief appearance on the river bank, sniffing the dung-covered main characters, then walking away in disgust.
In Operation Genesis
Ceratosaurus is also available as a two-star small carnivore, appearing as it does in the movie, and hunting larger herbivores in packs. In the game as well as the movie, this dinosaur is shown to be smaller than it was in real life, though it is possible that in the movie that the one encountered was not yet fully grown.
